Family-owned and operated, Stefano and Roberta hail from Milan, Italy and personally designed every aspect of Solare’s interior and decor. The organic elements, like teak for the customized furnishings, natural wood floors & fabrics imported from Bali Solare creates an invitation to enjoy the positive energy and vibe. To be a “green” restaurant, Solare uses many organic produce, wild fish, and hormone free meat. Top Gun was filmed on the present day front patio of solare, Solare helps to sustain the historical landmarks of NTC Promenade.
